First of all I want to clear that if you are using blogger as blogging platform and want to track your blog traffic, traffic source, daily visits and location of visitor then you don't need Google Analytics for traffic reports because Blogger give you very detailed report about your blog statics like
1- Total visits
2- Source URL
3- Page views
4- Country details
5- Operating system and browser
And much more...
But if you still want to track install google analytics code into blogspot to get a custom report about your blog then go to
1 www.google.com/analytics/
2- Sign in to your google analytics account
3- Click on Admin
4- Click on Property Settings
5- Copy tracking cod seen like this
6- Back to your blogger dashboard
7- Click on Settings> Other
8- You will find a box to past Google analytics cod
9- Now post the analytics code that you copied from your Google Analytics Account Property
10- Past and click on save and you are Done!.
As I told you in the start of this post that you can also track your blog traffic using internal static report option. You can find statics by following these setups.
